Rogue Reigns now launches on November 2, 2026 on Steam.

A year ago, we took a very early prototype of Rogue Reigns to Tokyo Game Show 2025, our first international event. One year later, we're in the final stretch. When we released the reveal trailer in April, we were aiming for September, but as launch got closer, we felt we needed a little more time.

We want to deliver the most polished version of Rogue Reigns we can. Every character and card is drawn by hand, and the characters are then animated in Spine. That kind of art takes time to get right. It's the part of the game we're proudest of, and we'd rather give it the time it needs than cut corners.

The extra weeks also go into polish: tightening party synergies, balancing the sacrifice mechanics, and making sure every run makes your choices count.

And for anyone who wants to play it in person, come visit us at Brasil Game Show, October 9–12 at Distrito Anhembi in São Paulo. Rogue Reigns will be playable at our booth (AI49–AI50, Indie Area). For now, it's our last event of the year, closing out our “international tour” back home. But who knows what comes next?
