Rogue Reigns just crossed 9,000 wishlists on Steam. Thank you. Every one of these still feels personal to us.

We've stayed heads-down on polish: tightening party synergies, balancing the sacrifice mechanics, and making sure the relationships between characters actually change how a run plays out. The hand-drawn art, and the way the story bends around who you support or betray, are still the heart of it.

There's more to share soon. Until then, thank you for following along, and if a friend likes hard choices and darker worlds, send them our way.
