Back from Milan Games Week
Milan Games Week marked another international presence for Venn Studios, and this time we brought both Paradoxical and Rogue Reigns to Italian audiences. With over 150 people playing our games and leaving valuable feedback, we returned with many lessons learned and even more motivation.
Paradoxical's Reception
The reception for Paradoxical was extraordinary. The game was highly praised and the audience's approval was incredible, which gives us even more drive to keep developing. The few critiques we received were extremely on-point and constructive, showing us we're on the right path.
Feedback That Matters
When it comes to feedback, Milan was extremely valuable for us. Each observation was precise and gave us clear directions for improvement. The Italian audience was incredibly understanding and welcoming, especially regarding the bugs we're still fixing. This patience and genuine enthusiasm make all the difference for an indie team.
Rogue Reigns' Impact
Rogue Reigns also had a very positive reception. The game's art was highly praised and people showed excitement to see more about the project. The highlight was the sessions run by the team — when someone from the studio guided the game and people brought friends to play together, fun was guaranteed.
